  1. Drain chickpeas and rinse to remove excess starch. Pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Remove excess skins if you see them, but it doesn't matter if you get all of them.
  3. Add to the air-fryer, ensuring they are spread out evenly for proper crisping. Cook on 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes, or until your preferred level of crispiness is reached.
  4. Toss in seasonings while still hot, and serve.
