Prospre is here to help you create custom software generated meal plans with a single click. Click on the plan page to view your current plan, set the date to the day you would like your plan to begin, and click "Generate Meal Plan" at the bottom of the screen to generate 7 full days of eating.

We can do it! Prospre can create your meal plan including the meals you already want included. Scheduled meals are available with Prospre Pro. Go to the advanced settings page from your meal plan tab, and scroll down to the Recurring Meals section. From here you can schedule a Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack. You can create a new meal by selecting the foods, giving it a name, and deciding which days that you want it to be included in your plan!

One of the most important things about creating a meal plan is including foods that you actually like. You can add any recipe that you enjoy to Prospre, and they can show up in your generated meal plans. Head to the Recipe Book tab and press the "+" button in the top right corner. Follow the steps to create and categorize your recipe. The more recipes you add, the more familiar your meal plans will be!

If you want to fit a treat into your meal plan, Prospre can help. Go to your Diary page, and click "Add Food" on the appropriate meal, search for your treat in our ingredient database, or add your own by clicking the "+" button in the top right of the search screen. Once you navigate to the food you are looking to fit in, click the "Fit into Plan" button. If successful, you will see a list of changed items pop up from the bottom of the screen. You can see the foods that you will need to change in order to fit in your treat. If you are ok with these changes, click Accept! The changed foods will be colored green in the diary if their amount is modified, or red if they are removed from the plan completely.

The Prospre AI Coach analyzes the amount of food you have eaten, and the way that your bodyweight has changed in order to make your nutrient recommendations more personalized. In order to use the coach, you must set a goal weight, and a deadline. The best results come after tracking diligently and weighing in every day. After about 1-2 weeks of meticulous tracking, the coach will get a good idea of what your body needs, and offer you some insights to meet your goal on time!

In the app, navigate to your profile page by opening the drawer menu and clicking your profile picture. From there, click the "Delete Account" button and follow the instructions given.

Prospre Pro will give you access to advanced settings to bring your meal plan customization up a notch! These settings include hitting your macros more accurately, setting a specific number of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks for your meal plan, and scheduling meals. You will also get access to features that increase your chances for success, such as seeing up to 154 nutrients per food, the ability “Fit into Plan” and accessing the AI Coach.

Macronutrients are not necessarily more important than other nutrients in general, but they are more directly related to how your body weight changes than micronutrients. The reason that people tend to track them is because they are the nutrients that have calories. By tracking your macros, you are essentially tracking your calorie intake. However, tracking macros directly allows for people to ensure they are hitting their protein goal, find a range of carbohydrates that keeps their energy up, find out what keeps them full, etc. If you are interested in reading more, we have a blog post all about why tracking macros works.

Items that have a green checkmark come from the standard items in the USDA FoodData Central Database. While we cannot guarantee correctness, you can generally be more confident in their accuracy than in the entries without a checkmark.
