  1. Add frozen berries into a pot over medium heat. Stir occasionally as they melt. Continue until they are fully thawed and brought up to a boil.
  2. Turn heat down to low, and add the salt, honey, and lemon juice. For this step, you can really do it to taste on whether it needs to be more sweet or more sour. You can also add vanilla extract if you like that flavour. Don't skip the salt if you think it sounds weird, just a small bit of salt will bring out the flavour and won't make it taste salty.
  3. Put berry sauce aside to cool.
  4. Assemble the parfait by topping your yogurt with the bran buds and berry sauce, and serve.
