  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit. In a bowl, whisk flour, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic pepper together
  • Dip cauliflower pieces into bowl and let excess batter drip off. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly cripsy.
  • Toss baked cauliflower in bowl with hot sauce, place back onto pan, bake for another 5 minutes
  • While cauliflower is baking, make your sauce. Mix avocado, garlic, yogurt, water, salt, and, lime in blender until smooth
  • Place shredded cabbage in a bowl and toss in sauce to create a slaw
  • Fill tortillas with cauliflower, slaw, drizzle of sauce, and top with cilantro. Enjoy.
