There are a few things that can cause the Meal Generator to fail. Some of the following tips may help.
Generate Week uses meals and snacks from the Meal List on the Recipes Tab to make your plan.
The Generator chooses meals that are about equal for your plan, and snacks are half of a meal. For 2000 calories, 1 breakfast, 2 mains, and 2 snacks, it chooses meals around 500 calories and snacks around 250 calories.
You can use the Repeated Day Pattern in Advanced Settings to make certain days be exactly the same. Fill in the boxes with letters to choose your pattern. For example, A A A B B B B will repeat one day for the first 3 days and a different day for the next 4.
Click the refresh button on any uneaten meals in the Diary. This will give you a list of meals to choose from that will fit right into your plan.
Visit the Meal List in the Recipes Tab and remove any meals you don't want to show up in your plan.
Foods that are greyed out are "planned" but not yet "eaten". When you create a plan, all of the foods will be planned, and you can check them off as you go.
Foods that you add for future days will be added as planned, and you won't be able to mark them as eaten until that day comes.
Of course! We understand that you may not always want to follow a plan. When you want more freedom, you can uses Prospre just as you would any other food tracker app.
Setting a goal will change your calorie and macronutrient targets to help you reach your goal by the goal date. If you are a Prospre Pro user, your targets will be based on your eating patterns, and changes in your weight. This gives you the most accurate targets for you.
If you are a free user, your targets will be based on averages for you profile settings.
Automatic suggestions is our AI Coach's way of interacting with you.
When you generate your next week, if the coach has new suggestions for you, you will be notified and asked if you want to use them.
