  • Chop onion and bell pepper while heating the skillet.
  • Cook the onion and bell pepper in skillet until tender. Shred the cheese, and beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  • Remove the vegetables from the skillet. Add the egg mixture to skillet and cook for 1-2 mins.
  • Tip the pan to let uncooked part of eggs flow toward edges to cook. Continue until cooked through.
  • Sprinkle cheese over omelet and add vegetable mixture. Cook until cheese melts.
