Instructions

  1. Cook rice and rinse beans accordingly.
  2. In a non-stick pan heat oil over medium heat and add chopped pepper and onion. Slice corn off of ear and add into pan. Add garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika. Let cook for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. When pan mixture is cooked add on top of bowl of rice, then top with avocado slices and lime juice.
