  • Cook the rice: If you don't have any cooked rice on hand, cook the rice as per the instructions on the package.
  • Chop the onions and mince the garlic. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add the oil and onions. Cook onions for about 4 minutes, or until soft. Then add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add the drained black beans to the pan, along with the cayenne, cumin, chilli powder, and cumin (or whatever other spices you like). Stir until warmed through.
  • Add chopped cilantro and lime juice to the rice and mix.
  • Assemble the burrito: Add the rice, beans, and whatever other toppings you like to the burrito and serve.
