Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil over medium heat.
  2. Add 4 grams of cornstarch and chopped tofu in a bowl and toss until combined. Add tofu to skillet and cook until golden brown
  3. Combine 3 grams of cornstarch and orange juice in a bowl.
  4. In the same non-stick skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil over medium heat, add onion, bell peppers, and garlic cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cornstarch and juice mixture into pan, then add soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar, bring to a boil. Add tofu and rice and combine. Serve and enjoy.
