  • Whisk together flaxseed and non-dairy milk in a medium sized bowl. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes until flaxseed has thickened.
  • Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt into flaxseed and milk mixture, mix until combined.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Dip slices of bread into mixture to cover the sides but not soak the bread. Place dipped bread into skillet and let cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve and enjoy.
