Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and let cashews soak for 15 minutes
  2. Boil another pot of water and cook pasta accordingly.
  3. In a non-stick pan heat oil over medium heat then add onion and garlic. Cook for approximately 3 minutes.
  4. In a blender, add soaked cashews, onion, garlic, broth, miso paste, and salt blend until smooth.
  5. In non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat and cook mushrooms for approximately 6 minutes. Add peas in last minute of cooking.
  6. Add pasta and sauce into pan with mushrooms and peas, combine over low heat.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
