Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes, in a large frying pan, fry them in butter for 15 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped rosemary leaves, mushrooms and garlic, and fry for a few minutes until softened.
  3. Season to taste, then push veg to the side of the pan and add oil. Break the eggs and fry to desired taste.
  4. Serve the potatoes piled and top with fried egg. Enjoy
