  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, protein powder, salt, and baking powder.
  • Add the soy milk in slowly while mixing, until the batter is just mixed enough to be pourable, but still lumpy.
  • Heat a pan over medium-low heat. If the pan is not non-stick, you will need to add some cooking spray.
  • Scoop the batter into the pan in the pancake size of your choice. Let them cook for a couple of minutes until they begin to bubble and look firm on the bottom, and then flip and cook for another minute or two.
  • Serve with maple syrup, or whatever other toppings you like.
