Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add broccoli and let cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • In a non-stick pan heat oil over medium heat, add chopped tofu and let cook until golden brown. Add black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika onto tofu.
  • Add spinach and broccoli into pan of tofu and let cook until spinach has wilted.
  • Serve and enjoy.
