Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add broccoli and let cook for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a non-stick pan heat oil over medium heat, add chopped tofu and let cook until golden brown. Add black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika onto tofu.
  3. Add spinach and broccoli into pan of tofu and let cook until spinach has wilted.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
