  • Place a non-stick pan on stovetop over medium heat. When heated, crack eggs separately in pan and fry to personal preference.
  • While eggs are frying, cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop inside of avocado into a small bowl and mash with a fork until there are no longer any large chunks.
  • Toast english muffin then spread approximately 1/2 a tbsp on each slice. Next, evenly distribute mashed avocado onto the 2 slices.
  • Place one slice of deli style chicken breast and one egg on english muffin halves. Serve and enjoy.
