Instructions

  1. Place a non-stick pan on stovetop over medium heat. When heated, crack eggs separately in pan and fry to personal preference.
  2. While eggs are frying, cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop inside of avocado into a small bowl and mash with a fork until there are no longer any large chunks.
  3. Toast english muffin then spread approximately 1/2 a tbsp on each slice. Next, evenly distribute mashed avocado onto the 2 slices.
  4. Place one slice of deli style chicken breast and one egg on english muffin halves. Serve and enjoy.
