Instructions

  • Open and drain the tuna, and then add to a bowl. Mash throughly with a fork to get it into as small pieces as possible.
  • Slice the celery into thin slices.
  • Add to the bowl the celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  • Optionally, toast the bread before assembling the sandwich and serve.
